West Sechelt Annual General Meeting

The following changes at second reading to Bylaw 580 should be noted:
1. The size limit for Accessory Detached Dwellings has increased from 90 square meters to 120 square meters. Accessory Detached Dwellings would be permitted in the R2 zone on parcels 900 square meters and larger and in the R1 and RU1 zones on parcels over 2000 sq. m. in size.
2. The proposed zoning along Wakefield Road serviced by community sewer has changed from R1 to R2.
Note: The zoning provisions for Short Term Rentals remain the same as in Bylaw 580 at first reading despite this issue having been addressed at the June 15th Regular Council Meeting.
